New Charter School to Start in South Bend

WNDU Newscenter 16 brought their cameras over to Xavier School of Excellence to see the progress that has been made on construction.  Check out their video report here.

ISE board member Dan Herbster was interviewed by Chanel 16's Mark Peterson and was quoted as describing charter schools as having "many of the benefits of private schools, only free of charge like other public schools."
